DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

it's your account. here's how to get rid of it.

IN THE APP

  1. open the profile tab.
  2. tap Data & Privacy.
  3. tap Delete my account.
  4. confirm twice.

it happens right away. there's no undo.

CAN'T OPEN THE APP?

email its@shtty.app with the username and the email or phone number on the account. we may ask you to confirm it's really you before we delete anything.

WHAT GETS DELETED

your profile, your posts, your reactions, your group memberships, your blocks and reports, and your push notification tokens.

some information may stay where the law requires it (for example for fraud prevention, security or disputes), and copies may sit in backups for a limited time before they're permanently removed. the privacy policy has the details.

SUBSCRIPTION

deleting your account does not cancel Shtty Premium. cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play subscriptions, or you'll keep being billed.
